1.Refunds & Cancellation policy:

You have to cancel your project within 7 days with proper reasons writing to our email support@cresteem.com

The deadline for cancelling a project is 7 days from the date we started your work or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier.

Initial deposit amount cannot be returned if ('you') client make cancellation request on project beyond 5 days.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day on which we receive cancellation request from your authorised mail address. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

2.Conditions for cancellation:

The following project cannot be cancelled:

- The project, which is passed 7 days from project work commencement date.

- The project, reviewed more than 3 times by ('you') client and satisfied with that work.
